Position: Field Service Representative (FSR) III Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems
Location: Bahrain
About the Role:
FirstDiv is in search of a dynamic and dedicated Field Service Representative (FSR) III to play a crucial role in supporting the Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems. This includes but is not limited to systems like JCREW I1B1, MODI, MADS-K, MADIS, Symphony, CVRJ - FMS, JCREW DRAKE, and future Expeditionary EW Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support to EW/RF systems end users.
- Train EW officers and units on maintenance and operation of systems.
- Travel to remote forward operating bases for system user interfacing.
- Monitor system use and location within theaters.
- Relay user feedback to CONUS logistics and engineering teams.
- Support repairs and maintenance of current and upcoming EW systems.
- Work in diverse settings: both on land (various military installations) and at sea (maritime platforms).
- Deployment areas include CENTCOM AOR
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least three years of maintenance/repair experience with advanced military electronic systems. (Consideration on a case-by-case basis for variations in this requirement.)
- US citizenship, active SECRET level security clearance, and valid passport.
- Maintenance experience specific to the EW/RF family of systems with a basic field maintenance certification.
- Positive employment track record.
- Proficiency in system diagnostic analysis to determine and replace defective system assemblies.
- On-hand replacement parts for system repairs.
- Coordination skills for repair requisitions.
- Excellent communication skills for operational feedback and reporting.
- Experience in testing and inspection of inventory items.
- Sound understanding of electronics and basic EW systems.
- Proficiency in electrical safety, maintenance, troubleshooting, and isolating DC power distribution faults.
- Skills in replacing basic electronic items like circuit breakers, fuses, etc.
Requirements
Position requires a HS diploma or GED
US citizenship, active SECRET level security clearance, and valid passport.
