Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join their client, a leading civil engineering company in Bahrain. As the Senior Contracts Manager, the individual will be responsible for overseeing the construction projects of the company, ensuring high-quality work is completed and deadlines are met. Their role will also involve managing contracts and negotiations, monitoring bids and tenders, and liaising with project teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Manage contract negotiations and agreements with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor bids and tenders to identify new opportunities
- Provide guidance and advice to project teams on contractual and legal issues
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks
- Review and approve project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
Requirements
- +20 years’ experience in fee proposals, project and contract management within an engineering environment
- +2 years’ experience in the Middle East
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or similar
- Strong knowledge in various contracts such as FIDIC
