Main Responsibilities as a Tutor:
- Assessing students to determine their specific learning needs
- Plan and prepare lessons that align with the curriculum and learning objectives
- Deliver engaging instruction to students using diverse teaching methods aimed to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Addressing student questions, concerns, or difficulties that students may have and offer an encouraging and supportive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and ensure they’re making steady improvements by administering assessments or assignments to evaluate their performance and identify areas for further development
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of each student
- Offer guidance and motivation to help students stay focused, engaged and motivated throughout their learning journey
- Maintain professionalism during the interaction with students and ensure confidentiality of student information
- Actively participate and engage in workshops and professional development courses

Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Political Science
- A teaching certificate or diploma is a must
- 2-3 years of teaching experience in international schools or universities
- Available during the day for a 4-6 month project
- Proficient in English
- Tech-savvy with the ability to integrate technology into the teaching process
- Passion for teaching and fostering student success
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Available to start immediately (by relocating to Jeddah)
