We are seeking a highly motivated Operation Lead with a focus on the deployment, testing and operation of Connectivity Management Platform (CMP) for our innovative projects. - Systems Integration Experience: Proven track record in overall systems integration.
- Telco Core Network Elements Integration: Experience in integrating with Telco Core Network Elements.
- Telco BSS/OSS/CS/PS/Messaging: Implementation, Integration, and Operation experience with Telco BSS/OSS/CS/PS/Messaging, with a deep focus on Billing and Provisioning.
- CMP Solutions: Implementation, Integration, and support experience with leading CMP solutions is a plus.
- IoT/M2M Technologies: Worked on or has good knowledge of IoT/M2M-related technologies.
- Proficient in Network, Security, and Operating System concepts
- Project Leadership: Proven experience working in complex integration Digital services projects.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience in deploying software solutions over Cloud Infrastructure, including expertise in Cloud Platforms and Technologies (VMware, Hyper V, AWS, Azure, etc.).
Responsibilities
- M2M CMP Platform Deployment and Operation: Plan, deploy, operate, and maintain an M2M Connectivity Management Platform within a collaborative team.
- Cloud Implementation: Assist in implementing the M2M CMP platform on the cloud.
- Telecom Network Integration: Assist in integrating the M2M CMP platform into the Customer Telecom Network.
- CMP Environment Design and Implementation: Assist in the design and implementation for the CMP environment in collaboration with the vendor and customer.
- Production Monitoring Enhancement: Develop enhanced production monitoring procedures.
- Technical Liaison: Act as the technical liaison between operations teams, B2B teams, providing critical operational insights to upcoming implementations and strategies.
- Data Migration: Design and execute customer data migration plans.
- Solution Integration: Integrate solutions with other applications and platforms based on solution team requirements.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems such as backups, patch management, and hot fixes.
- Support Documentation: Create and Review support documents.
- System Improvement Recommendations: Recommend changes/enhancements for improved systems availability, reliability, and performance.
- Level 2 Production Support: Provide Level 2 production support.
- Problem Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot problems by analyzing root causes and evaluating multiple options.
- Temporary Solutions: Recommend procedures and controls for problem resolution or create temporary solutions until permanent solutions can be implemented.
- Problem Documentation: Document problem status and resolution.
- Backup and System Recovery: Ensure Backup best practices are performed and executed for the CMP platform.
- Incident, Change, and Problem Management: Handling of all Incidents, Changes and Problems for the CMP system.
- Application Support: CMP Application support, installation, and configuration.
- Vendor Management: Vendor management for maintenance and 3rd Party support.
- Training Initiatives: Perform hands on customer training on CMP if required.
- Knowledge Enhancement: Maintain good knowledge of all ZainTECH solutions and services.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and undertake other duties assigned by managers.

- Brand Promotion: Promote the company brand and display professionalism in dealing with internal and external customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Engineering/Telecommunication or a relevant field.
- Minimum 7+ years of overall experience in IT System Integration with Operation amp; Support background, preferably in M2M/IoT/Connectivity Management platform systems.
- Hands-on experience in Telco BSS is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix/Windows Administration.
- Hands-on experience in Cloud and virtualization technologies.
- Experience in DB Administration is a plus.
- Handling and knowledge of basic network and security troubleshooting is a plus.
