Job Description

Duties:

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls. Take accurate written messages and forward to appropriate staff promptly.
  • Ensure that reception area is tidy, presentable and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Take new client initial calls and input necessary data electronically.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings as requested by staff members; confirm meetings.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to the reception area.

Job Specification

  1. Ability to multi-task; Good organizational skills and ability to monitor supplies
  2. Ability to establish and maintain good communication with staff
  3. Client-centered; Service Oriented, Comfortable with technology including Microsoft Office.
