Job Description
Duties:
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls. Take accurate written messages and forward to appropriate staff promptly.
- Ensure that reception area is tidy, presentable and stocked with necessary materials.
- Take new client initial calls and input necessary data electronically.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings as requested by staff members; confirm meetings.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to the reception area.
Job Specification
- Ability to multi-task; Good organizational skills and ability to monitor supplies
- Ability to establish and maintain good communication with staff
- Client-centered; Service Oriented, Comfortable with technology including Microsoft Office.
