Eunoia Tech Consultancy is looking for a motivated and organized IT Project Coordinator to support the implementation and coordination of an upcoming large-scale digital transformation project with a technology partner and client.

Full-time, on-site role supporting a 3–5-year large-scale digital transformation project. Morning shift. Regular travel to Saudi Arabia is required.
Eunoia Tech Consultancy is looking for a motivated and organized IT Project Coordinator to support the implementation and coordination of an upcoming large-scale digital transformation project with a technology partner and client.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities between Eunoia, technology partners and the client.
- Track project milestones, tasks, deliverables and deadlines.
- Follow up with technology partners and project teams on outstanding activities and deliverables.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and highlight delays, risks and dependencies.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, action logs and status reports.
- Coordinate project meetings and activities across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
- Maintain project documentation and support communication among stakeholders.
- Help ensure project activities progress according to agreed scope, schedule, SLA, quality and contractual requirements.

What we’re looking for
Required Skills
- At least 2 years of experience supporting or coordinating IT projects.
- Valid Bahrain driving licence.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Saudi Arabia as required by the project.
- Ability to attend project meetings and activities in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders across both countries.
- Flexibility to support project activities according to business and project requirements.
