What you’ll be doing
Job Description:
- Handle day-to-day administrative activities related to construction projects.
- Maintain and organize project documents, records, files, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with site teams, management, vendors, and suppliers.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and other project-related activities.
- Prepare reports, documents, and other administrative records as required.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of administrative activities.
- Support smooth coordination and process flow between the office and site teams.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of project and company records.
What we’re looking for
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or relevant qualification.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and general administrative procedures.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must be available locally in Bahrain.
- One-day practical assessment required.
