What's On Your Plate?
The Talabat NFV team has an exciting opportunity for a technical, growth-minded professional who would play a significant role in shaping our non-food vertical business. As the Head of NFV, you will be responsible for identifying, growing, and developing our new vertical prospects, and maintain healthy performance. This is a central role where you will work with sales, acquisitions team, marketing, logistics, product from local and regional teams to achieve business goals. You will have an account management team reporting to you and will be reporting to the country Head of Sales.
What’s On Your Plate?
- Responsible for owning and creating win-win commercial terms within the quick commerce vertical
- Ensure the best customer experience (SKU count, picture ratio, category management, inventory management and integrations, etc.)
- Lead a team of Account / Phone account managers and grocery operations
- Own all daily operational KPI’s (delivery times, cancelled orders, issue rate, etc.)
- Identify new leads, support in negotiating contracts and establishing new partnerships
- Develop business cases for new opportunities
- Coordinate with regional product team and central business support team
- Problem-solve issues and identify new ways of doing thingsWhat Did We Order?
Job Specification
- You 5-7 years overall work experience with 3-5 years of experience in operations, leading a team, and/or managing projects
- You are able to interact with senior-level executives and can manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders. You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job. You have excellent analytical and communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools.
