Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to
You will get hands-on experience with global and regional Product and assortment management and be involved in a wide variety of Product management projects and tasks to define the Product strategy and road map.
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities, competitor bench marking and developing market intelligence.
Perform product demos and trainings to internal and external customers, business analytics, value engineering and product life cycle management.
Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
Assess market competition by Bench marking and gap analysis.
Obtain product market share by working with commercial leads to initiate value engineering, price alignment and product life cycle management.
Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing ROI analyses; establishing time schedules with R&D and Supply Chain.
Development, implementation and execution of product launch campaigns including concept development, sales tools, promotional material, advertising and events such as conferences, exhibitions and seminars.
Ensuring Company policies, procedures and controls are adhered to within the marketing function.
Keeping costs within budget.
Proactive to implement the Product launch and re-launch plans for the commercial organization.
Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and other key stakeholders.
Developing effective working relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
Your home base will be at our Middle East headquarters in Bahrain. Your pioneer graduate program is global, so you get a six-month placement abroad. You’ll experience life and work in other cultures. You’ll build a global network of like-minded lighthouse leaders – ready to take Hempel to another level.
