Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to

Fixed expenses management including Provisions.

Translate strategy into centric commercial excellence activities within CRM (Customer Relationship Management system), identifying impacts and dependencies for other functions, including application to existing and new opportunities to support the creation of a sustainable revenue pipeline.

Support business decisions by providing analysis of data and reporting.

Maintain an analytically-driven continuous-improvement process including test-and-learn optimization.

Support Lead generation process through external sources into the CRM ensuring regional and global alignment.

Support drive of the customer lifecycle strategy to increase our customer base, customer lifetime value, churn reduction and maximize win-back.

Gain insight within Sales and Customer Care to improve the commercial structure to support market share strategy activities both in the region.

Enable the acceleration of the sales team productivity. Scope, build and implement Leads maximization and cross-selling and upselling analytics.

Your home base will be at our Middle East headquarters in Bahrain. Your position is global, so you get a six-month placement abroad. You’ll experience life and work in other cultures. You’ll build a global network of like-minded lighthouse leaders – ready to take Hempel to another level.
