What's On Your Plate?
Responsible for leading and managing the restaurant/other verticals acquisition team in Bahrain. This individual will own the overall new restaurant sales and onboarding for Bahrain, and report directly to the Head of Sales of the country.
What's On Your Plate:
Understanding the Bahrain market, food-tech ecosystem & work on strategic plans in collaboration with the Head of Sales to increase supply on the platform and maintain consistency on partner acquisition
Managing the lead generation team, sales pipeline management & fair allocation of leads within the acquisition team
Strategising and executing the restaurant acquisition plan for the country
Monitoring acquisition team performance, supporting with meetings, deal closure and onboarding
Ensuring individual and team target achievement every month, in line with the OKRs of the country
Enabling and supporting complex acquisitions; dealing with large chains, international brands
Create, maintain reports & dashboards for daily tracking of performance metrics whilst regularly sharing progress with the Head of Sales
Ensuring team’s compliance on Salesforce/CRM/process tools
Manage team’s bonus submissions
