Coordinate and collaborate with other departments for sales related matters (Logistics).
Train and onboard restaurant.
Resolve Technical issues on time for restaurants (location, restaurant portal, 9cookie.etc).
Monitor the status of the restaurant to make sure all systems are running smoothly.
Partner support in different ways such as (emails, phone, remote control).
Update and monitor the closed restaurants.
Manage quality accounts of the restaurant, ensuring continuous partner relationships and resolve operations issues between partner restaurants, users/partner restaurants, and users.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:
• Follow-up activities
• Transmission methods report.
• Provide reports on training requests.
What We Ordered
• Diploma Degree in Business Administration Marketing or bachelor’s degree in Business
• 0 - 2 years of full-time professional experience in a related field.
• MS Office, Excel Certification
• Customer service experience
• Presentation Skills
