Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintaining and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Report bugs accurately and execute testing according to the set defect life cycle management.
- Reporting and continuously monitor the quality of work performed.
- Participate in meetings with clients to understand business and technical requirements
Requirements
- Ability to understand and analyze technical and business requirements.
- Preparing Functional Test Cases based on understood technical and business requirements to test development e-Services and Solutions.
- Work closely with Application Development, Architecture, Infrastructure and Engineering teams for testing their deliverables.
- Ability to work under pressure and stressful scenarios
- An understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Knowledge of various QA Testing and Testing automation tools and ability to learn new tools.
- Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving Skills and attention to details.
- Understanding for Software Development Life Cycle SDLC.
- Execute Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike and Breakpoint Test is a preferred plus.
- Execute different set of performance test scenarios for the applications under test based on the requirements.
- Knowledge and experience in below is a preferred plus:
- Automated testing using scripts and maintaining reusability with scripting guidelines/ standards is a preferred plus.
- Experience of performance testing, API testing, Workload modelling, Scenarios.
- Hand on expertise on test scripting /execution and reporting for at least below tools sets (in priority order) is a preferred plus.
