Job Description
The American University of Bahrain (AUBH) Department of Computer Engineering invites applications for a part time Lecturer position in the area of embedded systems or related area beginning in the Fall semester 2021. Candidates are expected to hold Ph.D. in Computer or Electrical Engineering obtained from reputable western university. Preferences will be given to candidates who have demonstrated excellent skills in teaching Lectures and lead project lab Design. Relevant industry experience will be considered as an advantage. Successful candidates will be expected to teach Computer Engineering courses such as: embedded system, microprocessors, digital circuits, and communication networks. Experience in C++ programming language and the ability to supervise relatives Lab courses will be an added value.

Duties and Responsibilities
Teaching up to two courses and assisting in Lab project work
Minimum Qualifications
Ph.D in Computer or Electrical engineering or related fields
Preferred Qualifications
Ph.D with teaching and industry experience
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the field of embedded system, microcontrollers or related area
