Job Summary:

AUBH seeks an energetic, creative, hard-working, and collaborative individual to serve as an Enrollment Coordinator to support and drive the American University of Bahrain’s undergraduate and graduate admission, enrollment goals and will engage with leads, answers all incoming queries and guide incoming students through the enrollment process. Will also coordinate with different departments internally and student ambassadors to ensure leads are being supported at all levels and support in coordinating enrollment-led events and roadshows.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute an enrollment plan to recruit and retain students from lead generation to enrollment, and retention - both at the undergraduate/graduate levels.
  • Analyze effectiveness of the process and progress of all leads through the University’s CRM platform, in addition to sharing daily reports and top lines to the Enrollment Manager and the Director of Enrollment and Marketing Communications.
  • Manage the day-to-day contact with prospective students and parents and act as a main point of contact to strategic teams within the Office of Admission, brand ambassadors, and other relevant departments to ensure students are progressing in their application journey, in a fast and efficient manner, in addition to overseeing query management and responses on all front-facing platforms.
  • Coordinate all recruitment-led events and activities such as roadshows, corporate events, open houses, school fairs, etc. in addition to representing the University at those events both on a local and international level (frequent trips to KSA and will be included + other countries).


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required and 1 year of full-time, professional experience working in college admission, higher education or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum direction and strict adherence to deadlines while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of recruitment strategies and/or marketing and communication strategies is preferred.
  • Ability to pro-actively work collaboratively with various internal and external constituencies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the highest standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and handling of confidential information.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills both in English (US) and Arabic.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with various software, design, and web applications.
  • Experience with effective management and use of CRM systems and other relational databases, experience in content marketing.
