Estimation Engineer
GCCTPS PVT LTD, Bahrain

• Estimating the cost of all LV switchgear panels (Main panel, Synchronization Panel, ATS, SMDB, DBs, MCC, Control Panel, Capacitor Bank, Feeder Pillar).
• Knowledge of EWA (Bahrain), KAHRAMAA (Qatar) amp; IEC standards (LV Switchgear).
• Knowledge of different switchgear brand (Schneider, ABB, Lamp;T amp; Hager).
• Preparing compliance statement as per project specifications.
• Preparing BOM amp; coordinate with suppliers for pricing.
• Responsible for preparing, presenting and explaining the cost estimations to sales managers.
• Regular follow-up with the contractors for status of job/offer submitted.
• Handover the complete documents to design department after receiving the order from customer amp; coordinate with design department for drawing preparation.
• Coordinate with the design, procurement amp; production department.
• Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records.
