I have graduated in Electronics & Communication Engineering and have have been also certified as Project Management Professional by the PMI. I have almost 7 years of experience as Engineering Coordinator. My Job Duties mainly Include coordinating with Engineers and Vendors, keep track of all the Annual Maintenance Contracts and negotiate with SUppliers, Keep all the Auto-CAD drawings and maintain the hard copies. Maintain the daily Utility Readings (Electricy/Water/gas) and lead the Energy Committee. Create various technicial reports based on chief engineer requirements. Keeping all Files upto date and and organizing meetings and on Job Trainings. Manage and control the departmental Expense and Store Expense. Conduct Routine Store Inventory and Allocate when necessary.
