Philippines. Oversee and lead the whole unit in their sales performance and
recruitment of new Financial Advisor, Developed intensive, ambitious business
strategies, short-term goals, and long-term objectives. Spearheaded overhaul
of various underperforming Financial Advisor to reduce stagnation and
increase growth and productivity. Fostered change in company culture to be
more open, transparent, and accountable.
A strategic partner with other departments to deliver human resource
programs, policies and procedures on recruitment, compensation and benefits,
employee/labor
relations,
training
and
development,
organization
development, and advise/recommend management and staff on human
resource administration, towards the realization and implementation of
management direction, goals and objectives. Responsible to oversee, lead and
